Equipoise- a short podcast

Today’s word is equipoise. It is both a noun and a verb. As a noun it refers to a state of equilibrium, balance or to the counterbalance that creates an equilibrium. As a verb it means the act of balancing.

I have no idea how I picked this word. It doesn’t capture any meaning that can’t be found in a more common word. It is just a hifalutin word.

As you know, I try to choose words or ideas the relate to something interesting or timely or when things go my way to something timely and interesting. Today I have failed. Equipoise, as far as I know is completely unrelated to anything timely or interesting. If you know otherwise please let me know.
